PRE-PRINTS
The slow pace and gated outputs of the peer review process are not conducive to the transfer of knowledge from academic communities to those interested in our work. While I post copies of many of my refereed papers as soon as I can (see Publications), and I am happy to send a copy of any paper to anyone who requests it, it makes sense to follow the lead of Economics and start posting my papers that are in review or in press but otherwise unavailable. Copies of this work will appear below as they are completed, and will migrate to the publications page as soon as I am able to post copies there.
